Physical Discription:

Copied from in-game RSP: Kaemrys is a well-muscled and toned individual. His height is average for a Human male. It may be un-assuming under full battle-plate but his movements carry an almost feral grace about him. He is not a flashy man and thusly not given over to exaggerated movements. Every motion is precise and calculated for maximum effect. His skin is almost unnaturally pale as if having spent most of his life in a cave or out of the sunlight.

His frame belies a strength that may be commonly underestimated. There have been many who have done this only to be lifted off their feet with one arm. However his build has been slimming down a little. Less muscle and more tone, focusing more on agility than the brutish strength men of his vocation often rely on.

If seen unarmored he would sport a fair amount of scars across his body; as any man of battle would likely have. Blade cuts across his torso and back, a few on his arms. All healed nicely thanks to attentive physicians; he's a soldier and it shows. On his right upper arm is a well-inked tattoo of the Sons of Lothar's crest; Upswept golden wings spreading from a golden crest. Finally on his left pectoral is a brand that looks like it was carved into his skin by a knife before being burned over and taking the shape of an upraised hand, palm out with an open eye in the palm.

Often seen wandering about the city at random or on some unknown task or even at the Smithy in the Dwarf District working on commissions for his skills as a metalworker. He is of small but increasing reknown, his goods just recently surfacing on the market. However the quality is superb, the work of a master smith and even if it is not as amazing as Dwarf craft it is quite impressive for a human.

His battle plate is well broken in and with light scratches that he keeps to a minimum to maintain not only functionality but aesthetics as well. It is strewn about mostly around the shoulders where they are more visible are parchments affixed with wax seals. On them if one is close enough to read are sworn oaths by his own hand; swearing to accomplish some deed in battle or another. Old ones are worn while new ones are constantly replacing them. This is a unique feature to their order.

On the field of battle when he takes an action posting he wields the Light like a flaming weapon, manifesting itself as gold-tinged fire along his form, eyes burning and a war-cry on his lips. There seems to be something... less than pure about it. He wears no libram currently and usually wields a large bladed weapon with ruthless efficiency but has been seen using regularly using a variety of weapons.

History:

Kaemrys was born in the keep of Honor Hold a year after the closing of the Dark Portal in the Second War. His parents, a pair of soldiers given in to a night of passion fell in combat a short time after his birth in defense of their beleagured and stranded outpost. As such he was raised by the remaining survivors. His first toys were short swords adn his children's clothes were ill-fitting mail surcoats and helms. In a land where survival was a daily struggle and fighting for one's life was a daily exercise, you either fought or you died. Naturally this turns a young person hard, and hardened warriors into stoic mechanical killers. The Sons of Lothar are such a type. Surviving by their skill alone and their leaders, Turalyon, Khadgar, and many others.

When the portal reopened and the Burning Crusade began, their existance of survival took quite a turn. Faces, most new but some old, laid eyes on the ever-besieged and lined visages of those who held Honor Hold all those long years. Kaemrys, no longer a boy but now a man knew only strangers in the Alliance that poured through. To him they were the people that abondoned his parents, his family on the sundered and cursed Outlands. He held no particular esteem for them but as racial restrictions kept him from siding with the Horde he found solace in the Argent Crusade soon after Illidan's defeat. Niether Horde or Alliance it was almost as if he was fated to join them.

His time in the Crusade was a series of lightning battles against undead which, to Kaemrys who was used to combatting the alien horrors and demons of Outland was simply just another day at work, rose quickly. Soon assigned to the Brotherhood of the Light under Eligor Dawnbringer and Korfax, he sailed with them to the beaches of Northrend before Horde or Alliance even packed their ships. He warred all along the continent of Northrend with the Crusade and the Brotherhood of the Light. However upon making their siege on Icecrown Citadel the entire unit of men he had been in charge of was wiped out before they could even break into the upper spire. Deprived of his fighting men and women once more he was folded into the task force that assaulted the Lich King himself. When the Lich King was cast down he found himself alone and without purpose once again.

Resorting to life alone in the city he mustered out of the Crusade and fell back into his soldiering off-duty ways. Drinking and being rowdy while occupying the local taverns took up most of his time. Otherwise he faded into complete obscurity until his reappearance, almost completely a different man.

His demeanor, attitude, and mannerism almost completely changed overnight. A new and changed man... and apparently having lost his eyesight, some rumours pointed out that it was the alcohol that stole his sight but this is merely conjecture. He immediately went back to the Crusade and demanded his commission back and with powerful allies at his side that claimed long-time friendship. Along with their collected accolades they aquired the rights to not only join the Crusade in an operative position, but won the respect of the Brotherhood of the Light. Going on to form the Brotherhood of the Dawn, a brother chapter who carries on their own missions under the traditions of Eligor Dawnbringer and Korfax. Together the Brotherhood pursues their own goals and those of the Crusade and to maintain their ideal of Balance in the world. Their reputation as pragmatic and ruthless warriors is unmatched and they tirelessly fight the enemies of the world, especially Deathwing and the Twilight Cult.
