Dejt is troll Death Knight that currently resides in Silvermoon City. Due to his surprisingly massive height and larger than average build (for his race), it doesn't tend to be very hard to spot him in a crowd. Not a whole lot is known about Dejt's early years, at least not publicly. Dejt is mostly known as the founder and Commander of the Covenant of Shadows, also nicknamed the Forbidden Covenant.

Dejt is also known for his sadistic, dominant and overall cruel nature. He despises the Alliance with a passion, as well as anyone he considers worthless and weak. Dejt has even publicly spoken out against the Horde, just after leaving the Warsong Outriders, stating that he thought the Horde was becoming weak and cowardly, arguing that the Horde did not do enough to fight or defend itself against the Alliance.

Another trait of Dejt is that he doesn't speak with a trollish accent like most of his race does.

Appearance[]

  • Height: 9'1"
  • Weight: Estimated around 390 lbs.
  • Build: Well toned/muscled.
  • Hair: Purple. Very thin braids mostly pulled back into a ponytail (not dreadlocks).
  • Eyes: Icy blue, just partially visible under the blue glow of his eyes.

Even with a disguise, Dejt isn't hard to find in a crowd. He stands much taller than an average troll, and is slightly more muscled than most males of his race, probably due to his extensive battle experience and his part-Drakkari background. His blue body is covered in dozens of scars, which can be found at just about any spot on his body as well as his face. His facial features could definitely be considered handsome by troll standards, though his features look rather strained and exhausted.

The troll's hair is usually braided (or in dreadlocks) and pulled back into a ponytail that is tied up, although several strands of hair usually fall over one side of his face. Dejt also keeps himself surprisingly clean, and seems to actually care about his appearance, except for when he's out on a mission.

Dejt tends to wear two types of attire when he's out. Most often Dejt can be found in dark colored plate armor, stating that he always likes to be prepared for a fight. Otherwise, Dejt does appear to like dressing up, and his clothing often resembles the type of attire a Blood Elf would wear. One strange piece of attire that Dejt always wears is a pair of plate-covered boots, unlike most of his race whom prefer to be barefoot.

If it wasn't for the blue aura that radiated from his eyes, the trademark of a Death Knight, it'd be extremely difficult - if not impossible - to tell that Dejt was a Death Knight. The troll's body has no signs of decay in the slightest, and Dejt's form is even warm to the touch. While it's uncertain how (at least publicly), Dejt even appears to have a working, beating heart. When inquired, Dejt will usually simply joke about only being half-dead. When serious, Dejt has mentioned someone by name of Esten, though it's unknown who this individual is, or how he could have effected Dejt's body. While his body does appear to work, Dejt claims that it is merely a luxury and he does not need his heart to beat in order to live. Because he is only "half alive", Dejt appears to very rarely need to eat or drink, nor does he appear to sleep often, which could explain why the areas underneath his eyes are often dark.

Background[]

Alive and Free[]

Most of Dejt's history appears to be kept under lock and key, except for anything after his arrival in the Horde. However, it is clear that Dejt didn't always have such a dark personality like he does now.

After being freed from the Lich King's grasp, Dejt eventually found his way into Kalimdor. Suffering from amnesia, Dejt wandered aimlessly across the land before being ambushed by a group of members belonging to the Horde. Subdued and bound, Dejt was brought back to Orgrimmar, mistaken as a Death Knight who was still loyal to the Lich King. Originally planned to be executed, Dejt was eventually freed after it was made clear that he was no longer under the influence of the Lich King.

Although free, Dejt was without a home and without gold, his only belongings consisting of the armor and clothing he wore, along with his two handed blade. For a month or two, Dejt slept in the streets and in the wild, trying to find anything that would return his lost memories. Meanwhile, Dejt started to train once more, and soon began to take jobs that allowed him to put his fighting experience to work. The more money he earned, the better gear and equipment Dejt obtained, and occasionally would rent out a room in an inn or the like.

After several months of training and fighting, Dejt got a break one day and caught the eye of one of the high ranking officers of the Horde forces of Warsong Gulch, the Warsong Outriders. While Dejt was first hesitant to join when he was offered a low ranking position within the group, it didn't take long for him to accept.

The Warsong Outriders[]

Dejt was put to work only a day after he was brought into the Warsong Outriders. Not only did Dejt work to defend Warsong Gulch, he also accepted various jobs from the Horde for the Outriders. With each job he completed, his reputation grew more and more, especially due to the fact that he had yet to fail a job or disappoint anyone.

Dejt took and completed work for the Horde and the Outriders almost daily, enough that it started to become almost hard to find work. It wasn't taking long for Dejt to rise through the grunt ranks of the Warsong Outriders either, considering all the praise he was getting for his skill in battle and his loyalty to the Horde. Months after joining the Warsong Outriders, he was promoted to the rank of an officer within the group.

At first, Dejt did well as an officer, commanding small tasks groups to complete larger scale jobs for the Horde. Dejt also had re-learned how to interact with people. Despite being a Death Knight, Dejt started to become known for his surprisingly kind personality, his skill on the battlefield and as well as his ability to be a successful leader. He continued to lead highly successful campaigns with minimum to no causalities, although the teams he led remained relatively small in size. However, several months after his promotion, things began to change.

Word reached the officers that one of their groups had been ambushed at the Crossroads by a group that was supposedly made up of members of the Alliance. Dejt became furious when his superior officers decided to hold off from sending a team in just yet. When it became clear that he wasn't going to be able to change their minds, Dejt sped off towards the town. Upon arriving, it was clear that most of the damage had already been done. Bodies of both members of the Horde, and some Alliance, lay inside and outside of the Crossroads. Quickly Dejt searched the area, only to find one member of the Outriders left. An older female orc, who had served as Dejt's teacher in the Outriders, was severely wounded and fighting off two humans that had remained behind. Dejt quickly intervened and took care of both of the humans before attempting to help his teacher. Unable to help the orc heal, as she had already been mortally wounded, Dejt was only able to hold the orc and keep her company until she passed away.

Dejt was clearly devastated by the blow and the loss of his teacher, not to mention the handful of others that he knew personally. Not long after the events, Dejt began to noticeably change. He was never the same again.

Remembrance[]

After the ambush of the Crossroads, Dejt began to change. Several weeks afterwards, Dejt started to become irritated easily, and often acted cold towards others, especially higher ranking officers. His personality almost appeared to becoming darker, becoming worse and worse with every week that past. Dejt especially began to constantly push at the higher ranking officers, demanding that the Outriders should branch out and go on the offensive against the Alliance, due to the fact that the ambush group was made entirely of members of the Alliance. He became furious with each time his requests were denied, and soon started to lash out at his commanding officers, stating the Outriders were too cowardly to even help defend their own homes.

Over the span of a month or two, Dejt's personality continued to decline, and he started to disobey orders from his commanding officers, continuing to state that they should focus their attention on the Alliance. Although not all the facts are known publicly, Dejt was said to have met his first mate soon after the massacre at the Crossroads, a female troll. While Dejt was constantly cold to just about anyone he knew or met, Dejt reportedly remained kind when it came to his lover. Dejt seemed to be shocked that he could even find someone to care about, and to find someone who could actually care about him. However, the Dejt most knew was soon completely destroyed. Within only a few months of finding his mate, she approached him along with her sister, who considered Dejt an outcast and an abomination, due to him being a Death Knight. His family left his mate with a choice, to leave Dejt and remain a part of her family, or stay with Dejt and be outcasted from her own family. Choosing her family, Dejt's mind seemed to be completely torn in two.

Only a day later, Dejt disappeared without a trace.

Rise of the Covenant[]

Months after his disappearance, Dejt reemerged back into the light. However, by now Dejt seemed to be only a shadow of his former self. Whatever change he was going through seemed complete, and Dejt was larger and better trained than he was before. Dejt went from a kind and caring individual, to cold, dark and ruthless. Almost immediately, Dejt gave his resignation from the Warsong Outriders. Soon afterwards, he left Orgrimmar, only to turn back up inside Silvermoon City. It was there that he began to take mercenary-type jobs, jobs that required violence and often death. Again, Dejt showed that he was a trustworthy blade that could get the job done, even if he seemed different personality wise. It's also said that Dejt began to do more private work for some of the high ranking Blood Elves within Silvermoon City, though no one seems to know what they consisted of. Considering he was taking a lot of dirty and violent jobs most people passed on, they were most likely similar in nature. It was in Silvermoon that Dejt began to make allies and recruit individuals who met his requirements. After a month of planning, Dejt finally set out to do what he apparently had been planning to do since his disappearance.

One Afternoon, Dejt met with just under a dozen other individuals of different races deep inside of Eversong Woods, far from Silvermoon's gates. It was there that Dejt formed the Covenant of Shadows, which was later appropriately nicknamed the Forbidden Covenant. Some of Dejt's speech stated,

The Horde has become weak, too cowardly to defend even our own homes. Too many members of the Horde have died on our own soil from attacks that the Alliance initiated. I have seen the corruption for too long, and I am tired of Thrall's so called negotiations that have gotten us nowhere. Still our people die, and still the Horde tries to rely on words to help them. No more. Instead, we will be the Horde's blade. We will do what must be done, no matter what Thrall and others may think. While our Covenant may never be anywhere near as large as the Alliance, we will use that to our advantage.

The shadows will be our ally. We will strike from the shadows, hitting the Alliance's key locations and officials. The shadow will conceal our identities, and our true nature from both the Alliance the Horde. The Alliance will never know who or what hit them, and the Horde will not realize our intentions until it is too late. The humans, and the rest of the Alliance, will fall. Anyone else who attempts to stand in our way will be obliterated, even if it comes to the Horde itself. The Horde we protect is not the same as it was once before. Instead it has become a pathetic shell of it's former self. We will rebuild, from the ground up if we have to. Thrall and many others will not like how we do things, as we will be cold and ruthless towards our enemies. We are doing what must be done, we are doing the dirty work that has been abandoned by these cowards, so of course it will not be pretty. But there is no choice, unless we want to watch the Alliance cripple the Horde for good.

We, the Covenant of Shadows, may be labeled as traitors from the Horde itself. That is why we will remain nothing more than a whisper. We will take Azeroth back and reshape it, make it into a world that's truly ours. When the Alliance lays in ruins, and the true warriors of the Horde remain standing, no longer will we be considered traitors. Instead, we will be heroes, because we were the ones that weren't afraid to do what had to be done.

From that day on, the Covenant of Shadows - or simply the Covenant - was brought to life. The guild quickly grew larger and larger over the next few months, quietly recruiting those who agreed with their ideals and methods while remaining under a veil of secretary. As the guild became larger, Dejt decided to go public with the Covenant. However, as he originally stated, the Covenant the public saw would not be the true face of the group. Instead, the Covenant became very well known in the Horde as a mercenary group that did the Horde's dirty work. Of course, that was true to an extent. In fact, in order to keep up their appearance as a mercenary group, they often took work from the Horde and other groups that needed jobs to be completed.

After several years, the Covenant had grown to a formidable size. They had become well known and liked within the Horde, due to the fact that most of the population believed the fake face they put on for the public. This helped to bring in more gold, and in turn, more and better equipment as well as recruits, although they had to be extremely cautious with each recruit they brought in. Dejt had become much more powerful as well, not to mention he had become fixated on the destruction of the Alliance. However, even after several years, the Covenant hadn't done as much to the Alliance as he had originally hoped. Although he originally stated that the Covenant's job could take years, so far they had barely made a dent in the Alliance, if that. The Covenant, and Dejt himself, had managed to assassinate multiple high ranking members of the Alliance and its allies, but no one very well known, and none of them were apparently large enough to have hurt the Alliance when they were lost. Still, both the Covenant and Dejt continued to believe that what they were trying to do was possible, it was just going to take longer than Dejt had originally thought.

During this time, Dejt had also managed to build up multiple relationships with several of the high ranking elves of Silvermoon, despite the fact that Dejt had originally thought Blood Elves to be weak. The work he had done before and after forming the Covenant was paying off, and Dejt was able to start working more closely with some of the Houses of Silvermoon. Another perk was that he was offered a rather expensive high-rise suite in the Walk of Elders, at a reasonable price of course. Although Dejt had never been someone who needed fancy things, he ended up taking it, mostly due to it's size, thinking that it could be a nice place for Covenant members to come relax and have a drink when they so desired.

Dejt also created two elite units within the Covenant. One was the Spectres, whom were each assigned to their own speciality, such as stealth and assassination, demolitions and so on so forth. Groups of Spectres would be sent in to take out objectives and high value personnel, especially when there was a higher level of resistance than usual. Spectres quickly turned out to be an essential asset, as their success rate was nearly flawless, and the group itself contained some of the most skilled individuals Dejt had seen in Azeroth.

The second group was at the top of the elite, the best of the best, the Shadow Guard. While getting into the Spectres was hard enough, considering how high the requirements were, the Shadow Guard was even more demanding. To join, a Shadow Guard must have been completely loyal to Dejt and his Covenant, without question. Not to mention, a member of the Shadow Guard must have been in top shape, and had to be extremely skilled at being a fighter. Dejt often handpicked members of the Shadow Guard himself to help assure loyalty and perfection of the Guard. It seemed it worked as well, as the Shadow Guard became a very feared name to anyone who was unlucky enough to run into them. Most members were quiet and emotionless, and their main purpose was to protect Dejt at all costs. While Dejt originally had stated he was completely able to defend himself, other members convinced him to reconsider just in case. It wasn't a mistake. The Shadow Guard never failed a mission during their life spand. However, less than twenty individuals were ever given the honor to join the Guard due to it's extreme, elite requirements.

The Cataclysm[]

The Cataclysm that tore Azeroth in two hit years after the Covenant was created. The Covenant was close to the height of it's power, although even they weren't prepared for the size of it. A portion of it's members were killed by the Cataclysm, while Dejt was severely injured by an explosion. Several of the Covenant's bases were also destroyed completely by the initial Cataclysm. It took a month or so for the Covenant to recover, and for Dejt and other members to heal up. Several weeks later, they once again began to recruit individuals for their cause, now also driven by their anger to find and kill Deathwing.

Another surprising change was that of Garrosh Hellscream taking the place of Thrall at the head of the Horde. While Dejt was pleased at first due to the fact that Garrosh seemed to have the right mindset against the Alliance, it didn't take long for him to change his mind. While it seemed better than having Thrall, Dejt found Hellscream far too careless and idiotic, driven only by rage and his lust for blood. While Dejt had his own rage and an intense love for violence, he still remained calm and strategic as a leader, minimizing the losses that the Covenant took during it's campaigns.

A few months after the Cataclysm hit, the Covenant hit it's peak. The guild now had a large, dedicated following that wanted the same thing Dejt wanted; to destroy the Alliance and take back the Horde. The Covenant of Shadows expanded across Azeroth, building several new bases to help with their missions. Not to mention, members were able to use several of the hidden bases as their own home if they needed to, or simply used them as a place to hide out when They also had developed a military-like rank system to help keep order inside the guild. Even with their large new size, as well as the more difficult missions they were getting, casualities were minimum to none, and most members of the guild were performing beyond expectations. Dejt was actually surprised, and all the more eager to deliver a truly painful blow to the Alliance.

As time went on, Dejt and the Covenant found themselves more focused on Deathwing and his path of destruction. While Dejt had would have no complaints of Deathwing had simply destroyed the Alliance, things sadly didn't go that way. While the Covenant were still able to hit minor Alliance targets from time to time, most of their assets went towards battling Deathwing's legion. This also gave the group a major boost in it's public relations, and more warriors were looking to join their cause. Of course, most of them were turned down when they were found to be loyal to Garrosh's Horde. Garrosh himself even seemed pleased with the Covenant's efforts, and thought the Covenant was a loyal asset to the Horde's arsenal.

As the Covenant continued to expand, the Covenant branched out even further. Not only did they take dirty, mercenary type work that others avoided, they began to dabble in other illegal trades. Soon enough, the Covenant opened up several illegal fronts and became involved with the Black Market. Dejt even became involved with the slave trade, though it seemed like he was doing it more for his personal enjoyment, rather than making money for the Covenant. Either way, in the end, the Covenant had a high amount of income coming in constantly, which helped the guild greatly. However, within the next year, the Covenant's foundations were starting to crumble.

The Fall of the Covenant[]

The Covenant was successful on and off at their work towards the Alliance, yet Dejt was becoming more and more impatient as Dejt, and the rest of the Covenant, wanted to see a mortal blow dealt. Their campaign against Deathwing had so far been successful as well. Dejt badly wanted the Covenant to be the group that killed Deathwing, especially after the Lich King. Soon after gaining his freedom from the Lich King, Dejt vowed revenge on Arthas. For several years, he swore that he would be the one to deliver the killing blow. However, the Lich King was killed by another group, and Dejt wasn't even among them, which was painful in itself for Dejt to accept. Although he didn't have anything as personal against Deathwing like he did with the Lich King, he still felt like he wanted to make up for it. However, just like Arthas, that time would never come.

Several issues began to arise from within the Covenant. Dejt had trained a dozen of officers to help run the guild, several of which were trained enough that Dejt thought they would be able to continue with the Covenant even if Dejt was killed. Soon enough, they were put to the death as Dejt started to act rather strange. It would almost seem like Dejt was going through multiple personalities, like he was fighting someone on the inside. At times, he'd be himself, and at other times he would be violent and furious. He almost accidently killed two members of the Covenant during an outrage when they disobeyed an order of his.

From time to time, Dejt would disappear for several weeks at a time, trusting his officers to help run the Covenant in his absence. Dejt was once again mentioning the name Esten, yet still even most of the Covenant didn't seem to know exactly who or what Esten was. However, Esten seemed to be the cause of Dejt's sudden personality changes. Dejt seemed to be leaving from time to time to deal with whoever or whatever it was.

It still isn't sure if Dejt ever took care of this Esten individual. When Dejt returned, he found the Covenant barely operating without him, even after being gone only a few weeks. A handful of his officers were disregarding their duties, leaving the lower ranking members of the Covenant lost and confused. Worse yet, several traitors emerged inside the Covenant. Members of the Covenant were suddenly being targeted and killed, and Dejt even lost several members of his Shadow Guard, which was a shock to everyone in the Covenant, including Dejt. While Dejt and the others eventually found and killed the traitors, the damage had been done. Not to mention the fact that it didn't take long for more traitors to emerge from hiding, damaging the Covenant further and even causing the destruction of some of their operations. A war even broke out against the unknown enemy who was targeting the Covenant, and although the Covenant seemed to have defeated the attackers, they suffered causalities and quite a few deserters.

As the death troll grew higher and more members became traitors, others left. Some left out of fear of being killed, and some simply left due to the fact that the chain of command had been broken. While Dejt was putting in every minute of his life, many officers did nothing at all, leaving Dejt to repair the damage practically by himself. Although Dejt had ran the group for a year or two by himself, the Covenant had grown much bigger than it was before.

Dejt also became sick suddenly, stating it had something in relation with Esten as well. Dejt was suddenly pale and weak, barely able to move about his own home. The attacks from within continued, and without being able to do anything himself, and having no one to help control the chaos, the guild continued to crumble. There were multiple other events that occurred that damaged the Covenant as well, however eventually, within several months, the Covenant of Shadows was no more.

While the Covenant may not officially be together anymore, there are still individuals loyal to Dejt and his ideals. A handful of Spectres, as well as the remaining Shadow Guard, has remained in tact as well, protecting Dejt and helping to complete various, smaller missions for the good of the Horde. However, the fall of the Covenant was another blow to Dejt. While even to this day, Dejt has not completely given up on what he still believes must be done, he knows that nothing will ever be the same.

Dejt's suite, and several of the Covenant's top secret facilities remain in tact, mostly abandoned. Dejt still uses his suite in Silvermoon City as his own home, as it's one of the only cities Dejt is now safe in.

Wanted Dead or Alive[]

With the fall of the Covenant, traitors emerged with details of both Dejt and the true face of the Covenant. Within a week, most of the high officials of the Horde knew about Dejt and his Covenant. Upon finding that Dejt had planned to attempt to kill him and overtake the Horde, Garrosh issued a bounty for Dejt. Various other individuals have also issued their own personal bounties for Dejt, as Dejt and his Covenant made quite a few enemies, especially when most of their secrets were spilled out. While not all secrets were released, just about any member of the Horde could see what Dejt and the Covenant had planned. It's no surprise that loyalists and other ex members of the Horde have mostly all went into hiding, fearing prosecution.

Surprisingly, despite a fifty thousand gold bounty award, Dejt somehow remained untouched in Silvermoon City. Despite how easy it most likely was to recognize him, it was almost like the guards, and the rest of the city ignored him. However, there were a few that weren't as smart, attempting to pull Dejt outside the gates and then take him into custody. Yet, each time, Dejt would wander calmly back inside the gates of the city alone, as if nothing had happened. It's assumed that, due to Dejt's relations with several of the high officials of Silvermoon, along with various other bribes, it allowed Dejt to go seemingly unnoticed.

However, any other city (or location for that matter) became dangerous for him. Dejt even made the mistake of wandering deep out into Eversong alone, where he ended up being ambushed. A group of mercenaries managed to subdue Dejt and knock him out before locking him up in their ship. Dejt became a prisoner for several weeks inside their large ship, and for two weeks Dejt was tortured and abused until they finally decided to dock at Orgrimmar. Luckily for Dejt, the team split up as they were starting to walk him up to the city. Dejt barely managed to escape his binds and kill both guards that were left with him before escaping. Less than a week later, Dejt reemerged back in Silvermoon, visibly bruised with various broken bones. Of course, Dejt had no intention of repeating the same mistake again.

For months, Dejt remained in Silvermoon. From time to time, Dejt would take private mercenary jobs to help build up his reputation again, as well as earn more gold, despite not exactly needing it. Dejt also disappeared for several weeks, apparently visiting his home island, where he spent several weeks training before returning.

The Remnants[]

Before the Covenant's public demise, there were rumors that Dejt was assembling a new force completely loyal to himself and the Covenant. A similar position already existed at the time, titled the Shadow Guard, which consists of the most elite and loyal fighters handpicked by Dejt, and were known for being incredibly efficient and serving as Dejt's personal guard. However, if the rumors are true, then the Remnants may be just as much as a threat as the Shadow Guard.

Despite what was said to the public, the Covenant still exists to this day, only in a smaller number, and is said to participate in more silent operations to not draw attention to itself. The Shadow Guard, for the most part, survived the Covenant's public destruction, and it's said that the Remnants have grown in it's years out of the spotlight.

It's said the Remnants only have twelve members, each individual specializing in different forms of combat, tactics and other areas of expertise. But not much else is known, especially as even the rumors about the group are extremely hard to come by. Even the Covenant's continued existance is very sparsely known.

The only "evidence" so far is the fact that one private organization within the Horde did send in a investigator to one of the Covenant's old abandoned bases, upon hearing of the rumors. The investigator was found dead with his throat cut, his body discarded in the hills near Booty Bay, close to the destroyed base. An autopsy revealed that he didn't have much of a chance to put up a fight, and the cut to the right carotid artery was done perfectly with extreme efficiency. Regardless, this could have been an unrelated murder, especially as the Barrens aren't known for being peaceful.

The Present[]

After nearly a year, the bounty on Dejt's head as mysteriously disappeared. Of course, several individuals and other groups still have a price out for him, and some people just appear to want revenge, which doesn't seem to surprise Dejt with how many enemies he's made since he was brought back to life. While he's still hunted, he at least feels a bit more safer to travel around, although he generally stays away from Orgrimmar. Dejt also tends to dress somewhat differently from time to time, usually trying to cover his head and face to make it harder to identify him.

Nowadays, Dejt continues to train and take dirty work that needs to be finished. It's unclear if Dejt has any plans of attempting to revive the Covenant. Dejt spends most of his time in Silvermoon, and as of late, he's rarely seen in public. Most haven't even seen him in months. No one seems to know exactly what Dejt is doing, or what he's planning on. The only person who appears to visit him every week is his servant Jynx, a young male troll who Dejt practically considers his own son. Even his brother Kyou'jin hasn't heard from him in several months either, though Kyou has been keeping to the shadows as well, possibly due to the fact that some individuals may think he has more information about Dejt and his Covenant.

What happens next has yet to be revealed, and more story will be added the more that story is RPed out!

Random Facts[]

  • Most of the story after him becoming a Death Knight has actually been RPed out. Not to mention, his current Biography is actually rather short, as he has a large backstory in regards to his life before death. A lot of story has been left out for the time being, considering Dejt is a character that's been four or more years in the making!
  • While Dejt is considered a very cold and evil character, Dejt does have a good side to him at times as well.
  • Originally, Dejt's little brother Kyou'jin wanted to kill Dejt. However, unable to go through with it, Kyou slowly got to know his older brother whom he hadn't seen in ten years.
  • Dejt and Kyou'jin are pretty much exact opposites in almost every way possible, though they still manage to get along, even though Kyou'jin does not agree with Dejt's ideals.
  • Dejt favors using a two-handed blade. His fighting stance is different than most other stances, due to the fact that he keeps the blade in just his right hand, holding it slightly behind him with the blade pointing back and upwards, instead of forwards like most swords are held.
  • Due to being larger than most of his own race, Dejt lacks some of the speed and flexibility that a smaller troll might have, though makes up for it with strength and endurance.
  • Dejt despises alcohol, or any other mind altering substances, as he believes most of those who drink too much and the like are weak. Not to mention, Dejt prefers to be at the ready constantly, as being ambushed while drunk would most likely make it much harder to defend ones self.
  • Dejt hates, and has no respect for anyone who solely uses devices such as firearms or magic in battle, although Dejt does own a motorcycle. Otherwise, he's not a big fan of technology.
  • Dejt appears to highly enjoy making others suffer and feel pain, and even seems to enjoy pain to some extent when it's brought on him, which is most likely one reason he loves to fight so much. Dejt has often joked that, "I can never decide what I love more. Fighting and killing, or sex."

Esten[]

(This section requires some spoilers that is best if explained by Dejt himself, if it can be dragged out of him. This section will purposely have several things left out, while other remarks will be left vague.)

While most people have no idea who Esten is, those who do seem to actually fear the name. Even Dejt himself will appear uncomfortable when asked about the name. However, several of the traitors who leaked the information have stated that Dejt and Esten are the same being. Supposedly, Esten is a second personality of Dejt's, one that is much darker and much more sadistic than Dejt really is. However, this doesn't explain why even Dejt would be so uncomfortable about the name Esten. Not to mention, Dejt has even stated that, somehow, Esten is the reason to why Dejt's body actually functions. Then again, perhaps it really is simply a second personality.

A few others have mentioned that Dejt has a symbiotic relationship with a strange, parasitic-like force of energy that lives off of Dejt's own energy, and the energy that Dejt obtains through fighting, or by simply touching another being. Of course, this sounds strange as well, and still doesn't answer all the questions. Then again, there have been similar beings that have existed in the world. Either way, it's impossible to tell for sure. The only way one may truly find out is if they somehow managed to get Dejt to open up, though considering even Dejt seems to be worried about the name Esten, perhaps it's best if Esten remains hidden away.

OOC[]

  • I am often on Dejt when I am playing WoW. While I'm an avid PvPer, RP is my main preference in the game. Even if I'm doing dailies or I'm running around in PvE gear, please don't be shy and feel free to contact me about RP! Even if I cannot play at that moment, I'm more than likely willing to play as soon as I can!
  • I keep IC and OOC seperate. Please do the same if we play, and please be mature! Just don't take anything Dejt does or says personally. I'm an extremely nice and open minded individual in real life (honestly!), though I've had quite a few people who can't keep IC where it belongs. Because Dejt can be quite dark, evil and/or flirty, some people seem to take it OOCly. So please, remember that it's just RP, and IC should stay IC, just as OOC should stay OOC!
  • I also am available for RP on AIM/AOL for those who like to multitask, or have more freedom for their RP posts. I will only give out the information if you talk/RP with me first, however.
  • I have been RPing for 15 years now, started when I was only eleven years old. So I am rather experienced, and I do tend to post rather big. While I don't want to force people to write the same amount as I do, I do ask that you please put some effort into your RP. For example, don't write "you" as "u". Haha.
  • I am a multi-para role-player. I am marked as a "Mature" role-player due to the fact that Dejt can be a very dark and violent character. That, and I consider myself a mature player who takes the play seriously. My posts tend to be rather long at times, depending on who I'm playing with or what I'm doing, though don't let it intimidate you! I do not expect players to post as long as I do. As I say above, all I ask is that you put effort into your RP!
